Mindfulness and Meditation [in person]

Join the Mindfulness Mentors from the Earth and Spirit Center for this 6-week series. They will introduce you to basic mindfulness practices that cultivate self-awareness and compassion for self and others, and increase the mind’s capacity to learn and make decisions. Participants will learn the benefits of mindfulness, gain a variety of tools to increase self appreciation and awareness, while supporting each other through the process of developing a new meditation practice.
