Flexibility: The Cardinal Approach [virtual]

Join Aaron Mangum, MAT, ATC, CSCS, Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Louisville for a class to get you stretching and moving at home.

This class is appropriate for all levels and will focus on low impact movements to keep your body loose and light. The only prop you may need for this class is a yoga or exercise mat, but it is not a requirement.
