Bedtime Yoga [virtual]

Join us for this restorative yoga class to help you achieve deep relaxation and peace before bedtime. Bring your blankets, bolsters, and pillows to create a cozy space for your practice – you can even wear your PJs or practice in your bed! This class will be done while seated or lying down and use gentle stretches and meditation to help with release of muscle tension, better sleep, and stress management. It’s a gift to your overall well-being! No prior yoga experience necessary.
